Yoga Nidra
The sacred practice of yoga nidra is a form of guided meditation, practiced lying down, that leads practitioners towards deep states of relaxation and inner awareness.

Let us move, stretch, breathe & and laugh together. A weekly practice to keep the body moving, release tension & keep your energy at a higher vibration.

•Longer hold stretching to open the body to energy flow.
•Traditional Yoga Asana & sequences to build stability and balance.
•Active breathwork techniques to nourish your body, stabilize the nervous system & keep the immune system strong.

These are Private One on One Sessions or offered for small groups.
I work one on one to address your specific needs & expectations for mobility, balance and strength. I meet you where you are at & guide you to develop a strong awareness of your body & it's capacity for strength, & sustainable mobility.
