About Me

Starting my career nearly 45 years ago, I ventured in the restaurant industry and was owner-operator of the Bohemia Bistro in the Kensington area of Calgary, for 

10 years. 

Following that, I contributed in key support roles to the 

non-profit and financial planning industries. 

A pivotal shift came about 19 years ago when I decided to follow my passion and dedicated myself to the study and practice of yoga.

I have since spent countless hours both taking and facilitating a number of workshops, educational programs, and teacher trainings in yoga, meditation

and yoga therapy.

These times of transition and reinvention — in conjunction with my spiritual practice and being a mother to two incredible children — have instilled in me a deep sense of trust that I can adapt to and embrace whatever challenges life brings. 

It is this innate sense of resiliency and connection to one’s higher self that I aim to guide other people towards.
